Mayville ICE and Cool Jazz Festival The annual ICE Festival, the largest winter festival in the western NY area, features an array of weekend-long activities, including kid’s slides, ice skating, fireworks; art shows, snow sculptures, snowmobile rides, rally and raffle; games; music; and a variety of family activities. It also hosts the Mayville Cool Jazz Festival, which will present national and regional Jazz and Blues acts. It is a collective effort of the Mayville-Chautauqua Area Chamber of Commerce and Mayville Events.
